This monthly first Friday block party includes a fun zone for the kids, live entertainment, food, drinks, vendors, and more.

Parking is available in the lower levels of the parking garage at Maitland City Centre across from City Hall. Enter and exit the garage from Orlando Avenue. Additional parking is located south of Independence Lane across Packwood Avenue and north of Independence Lane across Horatio Avenue.
