Hikari - A Festival of Lights
- see all dates
Except December 24, 2025, December 25, 2025, December 26, 2025.
Hikari means "shine" in Japanese, and this holiday season Tanaka Farms shines with over a mile of twinkling lights. The 30-acre farm dazzles with farm-themed lighting on trees, tractors, and sugarcane. Enjoy live music, food, photo ops, arts & crafts, barnyard animals, photos with Santa, and holiday lights!
Please note: due to the weather, Hikari is closed on December 26 (in addition to the previously scheduled closures on Christmas Eve and Day).
Guests take a cozy Wagon Ride around the festively lit farm to the “Land of a Thousand Lanterns,” where they can wander through the light displays, with photo opportunities throughout.
After the wagon ride, the fun moves to the Festival Grounds for visits with the barnyard animals, food from the Tanaka Grill, photo ops, games, arts & crafts, holiday music, and Santa Claus photos (Activities are priced individually. Activity tickets are $3 each; most activities are 1 - 4 tickets.)
Parking passes are required Friday through Sunday ($12 per vehicle).
