Santa Monica Public Library teams up with the Santa Monica Comics Company (formerly of Hi De Ho Comics) to offer comic book giveaways, super activities, prizes, and a mini creator con.

From 11am to 3pm, library patrons can enjoy all-ages drop-in fun at the Main Library, including a create-your-own Comic workshop, meet-and-greets with comic book creators in the Courtyard, crafts, comics giveaways, and other super activities. See website for times.

Montana Branch & Pico Branch  offer comic book giveaways and scavenger hunts from 11am to 1pm.

Fairview Branch & Ocean Park Branch distribute their free comic books beginning May 6 at the Fairview Branch and May 7 at the Ocean Park Branch. (Self-service approval required for entry.)

All comic book giveaways are while supplies last.
