The City of Long Beach honors US military service members with a celebration for the whole family at Houghton Park.This year’s ceremony features a welcome ceremony with local elected officials and community leaders, a veterans recognition ceremony and a veterans and community resources fair. 

Musical entertainment is provided by the Satin Dollz and Knight Ryder, as well as DJ’ing by Mr. Quick.

Activities include Kids Zone, food trucks, a giant inflatable obstacle course, flyovers with historic aircraft (12:45, 2, 2:25, 3 and 3:55 p.m.), and community showcases.
