Pow! Crash! Boom! Getting comic books for free is...super!
Free Comic Book Day returns on its usual first Saturday in May date.
Free comic books are limited to the special editions created especially for this promotion. Many local stores allow readers to take several comics; guidelines vary by store.
Free Comic Book Day is a nationwide event, and kids (small and grown) can stop by any participating comic store to receive their free comic(s). Among the titles available in 2024 are: Disney's Encanto and Turning Red, Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire with Splatoon, Unicorn Crush, Witches of Brooklyn, Spidey and his Amazing Friends, Asterix, Doctor Who, The Loud House, Malificent, Monster High, The Night Librarian, Snoopy Beagle Scout Adventures and many others.
The Free Comic Book Day website lists participating stores, as well as creator appearances at selected locations.
