Learn what all the buzz is about bees of all kinds at Beyond Bees! From carpenter bees to honeybees, each type plays a critical role in our environment and Mercer works hard to conserve them through holistic gardening.

Recommended for those 6 or older. Children younger than 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Meet in front of the Visitor Center at Mercer's East Side Main Garden. This event is outdoors, so participants should dress for the weather. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring your own water bottle.

Registration begins at 9 a.m. on the first Friday of the month prior to the event. To register, call 713-274-4160.
