Join the ForTheCulture Foundation at the Mall-Wide Trick-or-Treat at the Palisades Center. Kids can trick-or-treat from one festively decorated table to the next in their costumes. Enjoy meet-and-greets, sweet treats, surprise giveaways, a skeleton drummer, skating characters, a magician, and more spooky-fun entertainment!
