The  New Rochelle Library is having a not-so petrifying party in honor of Children’s Book Week. The afternoon includes pumpkin decorating and a meet & greet with Creepy Carrots’ Jasper the Rabbit and award-winning author & illustrator Stephen Savage, creator of such celebrated picture books as Ten Orange Pumpkins and Supertruck.

Come in costume to the Children's Room.
