Want to learn how to make Pinterest-worthy crafts and treats? Fairplex Pomona hosts Pinners Conference & Expo California, where lifestyle experts connect with those who love to craft, cook, and create.
The event boasts more than 100 classes and presentations covering a variety of topics led by industry leaders.Topics cover a wide range of arts, and include classes such as making your own car diffusers, Halloween DIYs, painting with wool-needle felt and the art of wood glassing. There are also beauty classes such as soap making and food arts classes such as sourdough for dummies.
The Pinners marketplace includes local artisans and vendors providing creative options in the worlds of DIY, home decor, crafts, cooking, photography, party planning, scrapbooking, holiday, beauty and fashion and more.
One-day general admission (exhibits and shopping) is $12. Class passes start at $19 (includes admission). Many classes offer optional kits to purchase in class. Kids 8 years and under are free to all events.
