The California African American Museum invites everyone to participate in this all-day, all-ages affair, featuring maker stations by local artists. Guests learn from the pros of the community and take home several creative treasures of their own. 

Artists leading workshops include: Audrey d’Erneville with a customization workshop around textiles and pattern making; Zeal Harris, who offers a storytelling workshop for participants who want to turn their stories into paintings; and James Brooks, who leads a zine workshop.

No prior art experience necessary. Art materials provided.
