Musician and spiritual motivator Nissim Black opens the show and closes the event, followed by a gentle snowfall. The kindling of the menorah is by Montana Tucker and Holocaust survivor Joseph Alexander, in honor is his 100th birthday. Hanukkah refreshments are available after the show.

The Grove's Menorah Lighting Ceremony is hosted by Village Synagogue.
