The Mid Island JCC does a great job promoting family events. And this is no exception. Celebrate Chanukah with the famous children's musician Danna Banana. I love taking my kids to theater performed by young actors. They seem to relate more and are far less intimidated. This is a great example. Shorter in length than the Broadway versions, the scripts are usually more well understood by the younger ones, and the art and backdrops are often more creative in color and size as well. This sounds like a great show, and it appeals to both the boys and girls. One note: the show isn't listed on the website, so be sure to call for tickets or more information. 631-969-1101
