The Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary will hold a fun, science-based treasure hunt for families.

The hunt will search the fields, forests, and wet areas of the Sanctuary for the treasure of all the major groups of animals and plants on a checklist compiled and distributed beforehand by the program leader, Dorothy Smullen. Once back inside the Scherman Hoffman Learning Center, the group will have a chance to take a closer look at what they have found under the microscope.
