California Science Center
- see all dates
The California Science Center is a favorite field trip destination for Los Angeles schools. Museum visitors can discover the delicate balance and interconnectedness of the planet's Ecosystems, visit the World of Life for a new perspective on the living world, and let imagination take flight through Air & Space displays.
New specially ticketed exhibitions are regularly offered; the current exhibit explores the genius of Leonardo da Vinci: Inventor. Artist. Dreamer.
Since 2012, the Science Center has been home to the Space Shuttle Endeavour. The famed shuttle is currently off view—but for good reason! The craft has been moved into position to be the centerpiece of the Samuel Oschin Air and Space Center, which is currently under construction.
Permanent galleries are free and do not require a reservation. Tickets are required for IMAX screenings and Special Exhibits.
