It's a madhouse!  A  mad house! Primates can celebrate the 50th anniversary of the landmark film Planet of the Apes at Malibu Creek State Park.

Malibu Creek Docent/retired National Park Service ranger Mike Malone leads a trek to the location where scenes from the cult classic movie were filmed.

Meet in Lower Parking Lot. 3 mi. moderate hike. No reservations needed. Parking is $3 an hour or $12 maximum. Rain cancels.
