Families are invited for a free karate and self defense class; everyone is welcome from 4 years old to adults. The class is hosted by United Studios Self Defense. 

Parents and little tigers learn the basics together in a fun and interactive environment. No experience is needed to participate. 

The event is outdoors at Center Court of Promenade on the Peninsula. Be sure to wear comfortable workout clothes.
