Councilman Alex Padilla hosts the Annual District 2 Picnic and Chili Cook-Off. New this year: a Movies in the Park screening of Encanto following the event.

Members of the community are encouraged to attend.  The fun includes food, games, face painting, music, raffle prizes and a chili cook-off, featuring some of the City’s finest chili chefs.

Bring your own lawn chairs and blankets.
