The annual San Fernando Valley Veterans Day Parade honors servicemen and women past and present in all branches of the military.
Approximately 2000 Veterans from the WWII era, the Korean War era, the Vietnam War era, the Desert Storm era and Operation Iraqi Freedom/Operation Enduring Freedom are participating. Veterans and only veterans ride in this parade.
The route begins at the corner of San Fernando Mission Blvd. and Laurel Canyon Blvd. and marches one mile south to the Ritchie Valens Recreation Center.
The parade begins at exactly 11:11am on 11/11.
