A trio of spooky activities awaits you! Spooky season is upon us and the perfect time to gather for the Sanctuary's Spooktacular! This event is certain to mesmerize boys and ghouls of every age. Test your “I spy with my little eye” prowess as you explore a scavenger hunt of the bewitched sanctuary grounds. 

• SPOOKTACULAR SCAVENGER HUNT 12 – 3:30pm. FREE
• NOT SO FRIGHTFUL FRIENDS with Christine Critters 12 – 12:50pm, $5 per person, held in Catherine’s Learning Barn.
• SPINE TINGLING CRITTERS with Riverside Reptiles 1:10 – 2pm. $5 per person, held in Catherine’s Learning Barn.

Or meet the animal ambassadors who fit right into Halloween season with our NOT SO FRIGHTFUL FRIENDS and SPINE TINGLING CRITTERS presentations. Show off your favorite costume, get a sanctuary “sweet treat” goodie bag, visit our pumpkin patch & take home your very own Halloween project. That doesn’t sound TOO scary, does it?? To top it all off, meet the adoptable companion animals from Boomer’s Best Buddies!
