Join New Gate for their annual Gem & Mineral Show. Vendors will be onsite displaying and selling their rock collections and admission is FREE for all visitors. As the first chartered copper mine in North America, New-Gate has a very significant history related to colonial mining, and Connecticut minerals.

Visitors will have the opportunity to descend into the copper mine, and learn more about it's operation dating back to the early 1700s
