Zoo Howl at Franklin Park Zoo

Sat Oct 30, 2021
10:00am ET
Free with admission

Thrills, chills, and animals await at Franklin Park Zoo’s annual Zoo Howl! During this popular Halloween event, children are invited to trick-or-treat among the animals at the Zoo. Other haunted happenings include mystery animal encounters, costume contests and a scavenger hunt with prizes.

As you explore the Zoo, be sure to meet with Zoo educators to learn about creepy crawly critters, as well as about the importance of purchasing treats made with sustainable palm oil this Halloween.

Throughout the day, guests can learn about the importance of enrichment as they watch as many of the animals receive pumpkins as enrichment items.

On October 31 from 10am- 2pm, stop by the Sun-Maid booth to sample some tasty snacks. Guests who bring in an unopened Sun-Maid product to the admission booth will receive a free kid’s daytime admission (one per entry) ticket to the Zoo. Sun-Maid will then generously donate these products to the Greater Boston Food Bank.
