The three-day event features a food festival, live music, cooking demonstrations, crafts, activities, bouncing houses, mechanical bull ride, and a sanctioned barbeque contest, the winners of which have the chance to compete in the Kansas City nationals.
The schedule is as follows:.
- Friday – 5pm to 10pm
- Saturday – 11am to 10pm
- Sunday – 11am to 5pm
The proceeds from the Hudson Valley RibFest enable the Highland Rotary Club to fund and support local and diverse causes.
