Fit4MomPhilly is holding a special Pop-Up Stroller Strides® Mommy & Me workout class on Smith’s Play Pads (social distancing circles on our front lawn).

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based workout allowing moms of all fitness levels to exercise with their little ones in a fun-filled, friendly, and judgement-free environment. Pre-registration is required to participate.
