An artmaking experience for the whole family at the Nassau County Museum of Art for this Nuno Felting Winter Trees activity.

Inspired by the winter pines within the forest surrounding the museum, families will make winter trees to decorate with ribbon and beads, using the Nuno felting technique, a process that creates hand-crafted fabrics from combining wool fibers and fabrics together. Suitable for children and their adult companions. Everyone may participate in art making and each adult attending must purchase a spot. This is not a drop-off event. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Pre-registration is required by all. Price includes Museum admission.
