The Halloween Carnival at Signal Hill Park offers jumpers, crafts, trackless train rides, food and contests.  Kids should bring a bag for collecting treats and prizes.

Wristbands are necessary to enjoy activities and are $4.  Pre-sale tickets ($3) are available October 15- 26 at the Community Services office at City Hall, the Youth Center and the Signal Hill Public Library.
