Where's the best place to watch an opera?  The beach of course, and also the park.

Angelenos can watch a live broadcast of LA Opera's Madame Butterfly​ at their choice of two venues, both outdoors and under the stars.

These events are free to attend, RSVP for additional information and to receive a free gift on-site.

Pre-show activities may include family friendly crafts with LA Opera Connects,  lawn games such as Connect 4 and Jenga, balloon animals, face painting, and/or a magic show.

Bring blankets, low lawn seats, and cushions, as well as sweaters and jackets for the cool evening air. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.

Broadcast begins at 6pm
