Amal is welcomed at New York City Hall and meets the inspiring women who make up the NYC Council Women’s Caucus, NYC’s first ever women-majority council, with music provided by the Resistance Revival Chorus.
At the African Burial Ground National Monument, Amal discovers one aspect of America’s dark history. A moment of reflection and respect.
Finally, strolling down the lower end of Broadway, Amal is suddenly confronted by a charging bull. And a dance performance created by Samar Haddad King’s Yaa Samar! Dance Theatre.
Where is Amal heading next?
Friday, September 30 - Snug Harbor, Staten Island
Sunday, October 2 - St. Ann's Warehouse Goodbyes
