The Truman Waterfront Farmers Market is celebrating Halloween with many vendors decorating their booths and offering treats to all customers.

Costumes are encouraged, and guests can browse, shop, and sip an adult beverage while kids enjoy going booth to booth.  Stay for the sunset and bring a blanket to enjoy outdoor family time.
