In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, enjoy free admission at Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo on Monday, January 20, 2025, and learn about fascinating wildlife from all over the world.

Throughout the day, there will be keeper chats, animal encounters and more to explore.

Guests are invited to write messages of hope and peace on murals located within the Tropical Forest Pavilion at Franklin Park Zoo and within the Animal Discovery Center at Stone Zoo.

Franklin Park Zoo

  • 10:00 a.m.: Franklin Farm Keeper Chat
  • 11:00 a.m.: Camel Keeper Chat
  • 1:00 p.m.: Bird's World Chat
  • 2:00 p.m.: Gorilla Forage Feed & Keeper Chat
  • 3:00 p.m.: Hippo Chat

Stone Zoo

  • 11:00 a.m.: Sloth Educator Chat
  • 12:30 p.m.: Barn Owl Educator Chat
  • 2:00 p.m.: Cougar Keeper Chat
