The whole family can enjoy some good, not-so-clean fun at OC’s ‘Summer of Mud’ Run. Cheer on thousands of runners during this messy, adrenaline pumping event that tests fitness and sense of adventure on a 5K course with mud pits, rolling hills and professionally built obstacles. Must be 13 or older to run in the adults run.

For kids 2 to 12,  there is a Kids Mud Puddle Race starting at 1pm.   The kids run is approximately 1/2 mile and starts and ends at the main starting line and finish line; there are a limited number of mud pits and obstacles. Parents should be on site to assist those kids who may need some encouragement. There is no charge for the parents who may need to run alongside the kids.

The post-race party features live bands, tons of food and a beer garden, (kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times for the concert and beer garden areas).
