LA's Dutch Community dresses up in orange to celebrate the birthday of King Willem Alexander of the Netherlands.

Dutch King's Day is a national holiday in the Netherlands and is observed by the Dutch around the globe.

The largest Orange Party in Southern California is presented by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, held this year at the POA Gemmrig Park in Long Beach.

This family friendly, outdoor event features typical Dutch and Indonesian street food, as well as a range of children activities, including bounce houses, face painting, Dutch games and a flea market. Other themed activities include a Beer Garden, photo ops, live performances and a wooden shoemaking demonstration.
