Docent Gale introduces kids to the magical small world of Topanga. Participants  discover the secrets of the chaparral faeries, the dance of the butterflies and the song of the oak woodlands.

This magical walk offers glimpses into the faerie world, while revealing the ecology of Topanga.

For families with children ages 4 - 10 (although older and younger are welcome). Fairy hiking attire is optional.

Location is at Trippet Ranch in the lovely Topanga Canyon State Park. Meet at the wooden rotunda at the far end of the parking lot.  We'll be hiking about 1 mile with many stops. No dogs as per CA State Parks regulations.  Open to the public and free of charge. Parking is $10.  Rain postpones event.
