El Monte's 10th  Annual Dia de Los Muertos Family Festival is held in the Downtown El Monte Historic District.

Two stages offer continuous entertainment, including Mariachis, Ballet Folklorico, and a Selena tribute band.

Attendees can peruse Day of the Dead altars created by local school districts and organizations and a Mexican pop-up marketplace.
