Culver City Tree Lighting
The annual Culver City Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony includes a visit from Santa Claus, hot cider, hot cocoa, and even some sledding to make everyone feel merry.
Guests can enjoy performances by folk dancing groups and local choirs, as well as appearances by the Mayor and city council members. Culver City makes this holiday celebration “green” and energy efficient, lighting a beautiful 22-foot Rocky Mountain pine tree with over 7,500 warm-white LED lights.
The tree is lit at 6pm, and Santa arrives at 6:30pm.
The festivities take place in Town Plaza - at the intersection of Culver Boulevard and Van Buren Place (next to the Culver Hotel and ArcLight Cinemas).
