Sierra Madre celebrates Small Business Saturday with the Winter Village Festival.

The season gets off to a chilling start with real snow, along with music, shopping, a tree lighting, Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus, and the Sierra Madre rose float with its royal court.

There's real snow for a sledding hill and snowmen in Memorial Park.
