Holiday weekends sound good at Newport Dunes Resort! Admission is free for the beachfront live entertainment series Tunes at the Dunes.

Guests can dance the night away at this family-friendly event featuring food trucks, full bars, and live entertainment right on the calm waters of the Upper Newport Back Bay.

Live entertainment begins at 5pm, but guests can come early to enjoy the beach, water activities, food trucks, and full bars during the day.

On holiday weekends, Newport Dunes can get crowded, so early arrival is advised for the best chance at a close spot in the parking lot. 

Holiday weekend parking rate of $35 flat applies on the following dates: May 24, 25, July 3, 5, 6, August 30, 31.  Parking on July 4th is $100 for reserved parking, $50 day-of (if available).
