The Wende Museum hosts a special Family Day painting workshop led by artist Brea Weinreb.

Taking inspiration from the exhibited works of Austrian-born Romani artist Ceija Stojka, who presented flowers as a healing force and an antidote to pain and suffering, this all-ages activity is a celebration of nature and creativity.

 Participants assemble custom flower arrangements and are introduced to various painting techniques to reproduce their flowers onto canvas. 

 

All supplies for the workshop are provided at no cost. Two 90-minute workshops are available, with start times at 12pm and 2pm. 

Pre-registration is required to participate, and multi-generational family groups are encouraged to register.
