Looking for some grown up conversation? Eager to meet other moms? Want to hear how others are navigating parenthood? 

Bring your little ones to TotSpot (LICM's dedicated exhibit for children 4 years and under) and mingle with other moms. Daddies, nannies and caregivers are welcome, too! Join in a guided conversation and enjoy socialization opportunities for you and the kiddies. Plus, enjoy free coffee and snacks on LICM (while supplies last).  

This month's topic, led by Anastasia Schepers, MS, RDN, CDN, CLC, Nutritionist, Community Outreach, Cohen Children’s Medical Center-Kohl’s Keeping Kids Healthy Program, is “Healthy Eating, Drinking and Playing – Updated Guidelines for Young Children.”
