This month AdvoKids at the Long Island Children's Museum celebrates amazing women who’ve changed the world in honor of Women’s History Month. Visitors will learn about Jasmin Moghbeli, a trailblazing astronaut from New York, and then get creative by designing their own spaceships. 

AdvoKids is a monthly series focusing on children learning what it means to be an advocate for themselves and others. Adults will learn how they can support their child’s self-advocacy efforts, which promote confidence, resilience, and empathy.
