Families are invited to work on balance and mindfulness with the help of some animal assistants in this alfresco yoga class. The resident goats are kind, curious, friendly, and funny. Expect goat snuggles during savasana, and be ready to snap a selfie when one balances on your back!

All participants must adhere to COVID-19 social distancing regulations as well as sign waivers on site. Please bring your own towel or mat and a water bottle.
