Take a break from holiday shopping as the Long Island Museum welcomes visitors with free admission all day for its annual winter open house. 

Five historic structures on the museum's nine-acre property include a real blacksmith shop and a one-room schoolhouse. Donations of pantry items will be accepted to help with a collection drive for Agape Meals.

The Art Museum shines with three exhibitions on display through December 15:

  • Milestones: LIMarts Members’ Exhibition
