Pasadena Chalk Festival
- see all dates
Billed as the world's largest street painting festival, the 32nd Annual Pasadena Chalk Festival features more than 500 artists and 200 murals adorning the sidewalk outside of the Pasadena Convention Center.
Watch these artists work and enjoy live music, a beer and wine garden, and concessions.
Families are encouraged to vote for their favorite murals.
Kids' Chalkland in Euclid Court (12noon - 5pm) is a place where creative minds can imitate the pros.
Note that Kids' Chalkland is the only place where visitor participation is permitted; the rest of the festival is for registered artist participants only.
This year, the art is displayed at the plaza in front of the Pasadena Convention Center.
There is parking for 600 cars on-site, and 2,500 more spots within a one-block radius. Parking passes are $15.
