The 46th annual parade in Downtown Ventura starts with a children's Pushem-Pullem Parade at 10am. Participants start lining up at 9am. After the parade, the festival stretches a full nine blocks along downtown's Main Street from Fir Street to Ventura Ave. This year's theme is "Celebration by the Sea: 2023!"

Families can visit with fine artists, crafters, nonprofit organizations, and food booths. Six stages offer continuous live entertainment. A free shuttle service is available from the Ventura County Government Center; the last shuttle leaves the fair at 5pm.

Registration for the parade takes place at Cemetery Park at Main and Crimea Streets at 9:30am.
