Change of plans!  Due to the rain, the outdoor event has been canceled.

Instead, Saturday's Easter program has been changed to a drive-thru Easter bag pickup.  Treat bags are available to the first 500 children.

The City of Lawndale hosts two Easter Egg Hunts: the hunt for younger kids is held at William Green Park; kids 8 and older can find their eggs at Jane Addams Park.

Activities at William Green Park (for ages under 3 - 7) include:

  • Face Painting
  • Trackless Train Rides
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Easter Bunny
  • Live Bunny Petting Cage
  • Tattoo station
  • Balloon Animals

Activities at Jane Addams Park (for ages 8 - 17) include:

  • Face Painting

  • Live Easter Bunny
  • Games
  • Scavenger Hunt (requires taking photos to complete)
  • Arts and Crafts
  •  Removable Tattoo Station
