Families kick off Halloween fun with this Duluth tradition on the city's Town Green. Visitors can expect food, treats and live entertainment. The event is fun for the whole family, even the furry ones. 

When it gets dark, spectators will see fire dancers and aerialists. Some of the characters do move through the crowd which could be a little scary for younger ones.
