This fourth annual celebration of regional agriculture includes kid-friendly activities like meeting with the farmers, storytelling, an egg toss, butter-making, farm tours, hay rides, and getting up close and personal with a tractor.
Also planned are demos of things like horseshoeing, vegetable picking/washing, facto-fermenting and pickling, and beekeeping. The Catahoula Cajun Band will perform, and there will be food vendors (Rockland Roots Food Truck and Penny Lick Ice Cream). The farm store will also be open.
Rain or shine. FREE but registration is required.
