Come explore locally gathered native ingredients that are used in an East Bay Ohlone salad, with ingredients hand-selected by the ‘ottoy initiative. From popped amaranth to edible local flowers, come see food ingredients in a new way. 

Microscope enthusiasts from the SF Microscopical Society will be on hand to support your explorations.
