The bugs are back at the Randall Museum for a day filled with family-friendly activities. Families can learn the importance of these little creatures to the earth, and engage in hands-on science and art activities like bug-themed crafts, see and touch live exotic insects, and what they look like under a microscope.

There are also tons of games like the Insect Olympics, live music, and more to enjoy.

New this year, the museum is holding a bug costume contest, complete with celebrity judging, so come in your best bug gear and see who wins the grand prize!

The San Francisco Beekeeper Association will also be there with a hive of live honeybees to educate families on these pollinators and even have honey for sale.

This event is free and open to the public.
