The Penn Museum joins with the Consulate of Mexico in Philadelphia and the Mexican Cultural Center in a celebration of Día de los Muertos as departed relatives are honored through music, dance, and art. This holiday blends Indigenous Mexican beliefs with the tradition of the Catholic celebrations of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.

Guests can expect to participate in an altar competition, shop an artisan market, be entertained by music and dance as well as take in the traditional ofrenda (altar) created for the celebration by local artist Cesar Viveros.

Timed tickets can be purchased online.
