Federation Early Learning Services (FELS), a leading early care and education nonprofit organization serving the Greater Philadelphia area, will once again be hosting their fantastic family event, FELstival.

FELStival is the FELS annual fundraiser to help families access affordable childcare and provide innovative programs for children. 
The event takes place every spring and brings together families and communities in and around the Greater Philadelphia area.

FELStival 2023, presented by Clear Employer Services, features free children’s activities, delicious food truck vendors, and local artisans. Activities include an indoor planetarium, petting zoo, character appearances, face painting, and more.
